UConn Immunization Training for Pharmacists March 29, 2012 This session is $249.00 and is a separate fee from the Senior Symposium. You may register for both events by selecting a Symposium registration type above. If you intend to only register for this session, please select the Immunization Training for Pharmacists registration type	$249.00 Limited seats available
Membership applies to ASCP, CT-AGS, CTMedDir, NCGNP, CONNDONA *Students must present a valid student identification card and Residents must provide hospital ID at registration check-in
Hardcopy notes and slides including a tote bag are available for pre-order this year. These can be picked up onsite on the day of the program and funds support the UConn Student Chapter of CT-ASCP
Cancellations and Refunds: All refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked no-later-than March 15, 2012. A $25 administrative fee per registrant is charged on cancellations. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE REFUNDED IF MADE AFTER MARCH 15, 2012
