	PHARMACISTS: Pharmacists in attendance who complete an evaluation form can earn up to 0.3CEUs (3 contact hours) for Thursday and 0.75CEUs (7.5 contact hours) for Friday.  Statements of credit will be available within 4 to 6 weeks of the program. Accreditation: The University Of Connecticut School Of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Pharmacists who attend the knowledge-based activity and submit an online evaluation form can earn up to 0.3CEUs (3 contact hours) for Thursday and 0.65CEUs (6.5 contact hours) for Friday.  Statements of credit will be available within 4 to 6 weeks of the program.

	PHARMACISTS: The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This program (ACPE # 203-999-08-070-L01-P) is accredited for 1.0 Contact Hour (0.1 CEU). To receive pharmacy continuing education, participants must attend the entire program, sign the attendance sheet, and complete the program evaluation online. Participants will complete evaluations and print statements of credit through www.SCOUP.net, ASCP’s online CE Center.
